Master Tonic, or Fire Cider, is one of the most powerful natural antibiotics, which can fight any infection in the body. The Master Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 700 ml of organic apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup of finely chopped garlic
  • ¼ cup of finely chopped onion
  • 2 fresh hot peppers
  • ¼ cup of grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of grated horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder or 2 pieces of turmeric root

Note: You should use only fresh and organic ingredients. However, if fresh herbs are unavailable, you use dried herbs instead.

Instructions:

First, fill a glass mason jar with all of the above fresh chopped and grated herbs, except apple cider vinegar. Make sure you wear gloves when chopping the hot peppers.

Next, pour apple cider vinegar and close the jar tightly and shake. Remember to shake it at least once a day for two weeks, and then filter the Master Tonic mixture through a clean piece of cloth, put it in a bottle and label it. Consume 1/2 to 1 ounce, two or more times daily, as needed. Store it in a dark place.
