Ginger Bug

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons ginger root, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • A quart or 1/2 gallon-size jar

Instructions:

In order to prepare this recipe, start by dissolving the sugar in water. Then, add the remaining ingredients. Cover it with a cloth, and secure with a rubber band. On every 24 hours, keep adding the ingredients. After some time, you will notice bubbling. In a week, the recipe will be done. Consume this remedy by adding it to a glass of water. It is great for stomach issues and nausea.
